Task 6.1 - Progress monitoring, contractual administration and day-to-day management: Technical performance and results, budget and expenditures will be closely monitored. Partners will be supported on financial and administrative issues and external correspondence will be efficiently handled. Yearly physical and virtual quarterly project meetings will be organised and executed. Periodic reports will be prepared and submitted in a timely manner to the EC. Partner compliance with contractual documents (Grant Agreement and Annexes, Consortium Agreement) will be ensured and contingency plans regularly updated. The EC financial contribution will be administered according to the contractual provisions.
